Our beef, chicken and ribs
are barbecued over mesquite charcoal on the back deck. All dinners
include: relish tray, tossed green salad with roquefort or vinaigrette dressing, cheesebread, tea or coffee.
Wrapped in beef bacon and mesquite barbecued to perfection. Served with baked potato and ranch beans.
Beef Tri-Tip Dinner
Seasoned, basted and mesquite smoked Texas fashion. A specialty of the house. One whole tri-tip, baked
potatoes and beans for two. For moderate appetites, share with one or
two other diners. Extra plate, salad, potato and beans for $8.00

beans. If you eat it all, dessert is on the house.

Pork Loin Ribs
A full rack of mesquite smoked, baby-back
ribs, glazed with honey and soy sauce. Served
with baked potato.
