Dining
Our lodge restaurant serves hearty meals guaranteed to
satisfy ravenous appetites brought on by the clean mountain
air.
The menu
features country breakfasts, homemade desserts and mesquite
barbequed beef, chicken and ribs. Drive up guests are
welcome. Reservations are required for dinner.
After dinner, saunter over to the Buffalo Saloon where you
can mingle with guests, swap stories with a cowboy or two,
or plan your next day's adventures.
