RECIPE CONTEST
What do you do with the leftover tri-tip you take home from Aspen Ridge?
After all these years, and thousands of “doggie” bags, we’d love to
know. As part of our 20th anniversary celebration we are having a recipe
contest and will publish a cookbook including all valid entries. Who
knows…we might even give away a few of our own secrets!

Entries may be submitted on this form, or any reasonable substitute.
Whether delivered in person, through the mail, by fax or email, entries
must be received or postmarked by August 31, 2011. If using this form,
simply fold with address to the outside, staple or tape to secure, and
affix postage. Faxes may be sent to 541-884-8685; email to
aspenrr@gmail.com.
Winners will be announced by September 30, 2011. The grand prize winner
will receive a gift certificate for Tri-Tip Dinner for 6. Two honorable
mention winners will each receive a gift certificate for Tri-Tip Dinner
for 2.
